Originally from Philadelphia, Pastor Dave came to know the Lord during his freshman year at Drexel University. Upon graduating, he worked as an IT consultant for several years.

In 2004, he relocated to Atlanta as part of a planting team and it was there that he went into full time ministry and served as an associate pastor. At the end of 2012, Dave moved to North Carolina to plant Journey Community Church. He is married to Helen (also known as Pie) and they have three beautiful daughters Cara, Phoebe and Ruth. He received his Master of Divinity at Columbia Biblical Seminary in South Carolina.

Vincent grew up in the Bay Area, California, where he received a calling into pastoral ministry in his last year of high school. He then attended Remnant Church while he was a student at NYU, where he met and married his wife, Jane. They lived in several different states before they finally felt God leading them to North Carolina, and they have been serving at Journey Community Church since the spring of 2025. Their cute and beautiful daughter, Glory, has been keeping them on their toes since 2020.

Vincent leads the college ministry and is currently enrolled in the M.Div program at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
